February is a season of love, and at WESAC Foundation, we believe that acts of kindness can spark hope.
The Heart & Help Outreach is a Valentine’s Day initiative dedicated to supporting homeless women in downtown Ottawa by providing essential winter gear, sanitary supplies, and nourishment. Beyond physical support, this outreach delivers compassion, dignity, and reassurance to women who often feel unseen and forgotten.
This initiative is led by Bridget Oyiza Isah, Founder of the Women Empowerment Service Aide Centre (WESAC Foundation).
