Who We Serve
We support immigrant and refugee women, newcomers, youth, single mothers, and women with disabilities. .Every woman is welcomed with dignity, compassion, and a pathway to thrive
Our Story
WESAC began as a grassroots movement supporting rural women in Nigeria. Through years of dedicated service and advocacy, it has grown into an international foundation championing empowerment, education, and economic inclusion for women globally.
In 2024, WESAC expanded its operations to Canada, bridging African and North American communities through shared values of compassion, opportunity, and empowerment.
Today, WESAC continues to lead initiatives that provide mentorship, leadership training, and community connections that change lives.
WESAC’s programs are designed with purpose — bridging wellness, leadership, and opportunity to help women and families thrive.

Bridget Oyiza Isah
Bridget Oyiza Isah is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and community advancement. With a background in Public Administration, Project Management, and Community Service, she has dedicated her life to creating opportunities for women, youth, and vulnerable communities.
Growing up in Okene, Kogi State, Nigeria, as the only daughter in her family, Bridget developed a deep empathy for others and a strong drive to make a difference. Her commitment led her to establish the WESAC Foundation (Women Empowerment Service Aide Centre) — a nonprofit that now operates across Nigeria and Canada, empowering women through education, wellness, leadership, and advocacy.
Under her leadership, WESAC continues to inspire and transform lives through mentorship programs, community outreach, and sustainable empowerment projects.
Bridget’s leadership at WESAC Foundation is inspired by her belief in shared empowerment — echoing Audre Lorde’s words:
“I am not free while any woman is unfree, even when her shackles are very different from my own.”
For her, every act of service brings the world closer to collective liberation.
