WESAC Launches the Community Resource Navigator

WESAC Foundation proudly introduced its Community Resource Navigator, a new support tool created to help women quickly locate verified services and programs without confusion or misinformation.

The Navigator was built in response to the challenges women face while trying to access help — especially newcomers, refugees, women with limited English, and those in crisis who need fast, reliable information.

What the Navigator Helps Women Access

  • Housing support — emergency shelters, rental assistance, and community housing resources
  • Legal assistance — women’s legal clinics, rights protection, and free legal guidance
  • Newcomer settlement services — language classes, integration programs, and orientation sessions
  • Crisis hotlines — domestic violence support lines, mental health crisis lines, and emergency numbers
  • Health & wellness programs — clinics, counselling, maternal health services, and community care

The tool ensures women can find safe, trustworthy resources without stress — empowering them to make informed decisions during difficult moments.

WESAC will continue expanding the Navigator with new listings and partnerships.
